SYLVANGE HOLIDAY HOUSE is a recently built (2006) holiday house in a quiet environment in Bruges situated close to the “Begijnhof” and the idyllic Lovers Lake.

The house is only 10’ away from the historic centre and the “Grote Markt” around which are situated many places of interest and museums. You will find restaurants, shops and terraces nearby.

Description

The house has 3 floors.

The first floor covers a separated toilet, an income place and a storage room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electrical fire, a ceramic fire, a refrigerator with a small freezer and a dish washer. Then there is the living room with a dining area and a lounge. The comfortable seat can easily be transferred into a bed. You also have a television and a radio/cd combination at your disposal.

On the terrace there is a table and chairs.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1,60 m * 2,00 m), cupboards and a clock watch. The bathroom contains a built- in sink, a toilet and a both (also to be used as a shower).

On the third floor you will find two single beds (0,90 * 2,00 m) and a small attic.

The house is fully equipped with central heating.
You are requested not to smoke.
Domestic animals are not allowed.
